I, too, was first confused by the "3 drops Angostura" but it's correct. Follow the recipe and you'll get a wonderful cocktail that really highlights the Baliva. It's not overpowering but balanced, and the bitters add *just* the amount of spice to bring it all together.

As stipulated, 3 drops. You can go to 1 dash if using a DartDash or similar but more than a restrained dash will dominate and ruin what is a delicious digestivo.

Wonderful fruity and also light. I did make it with Plymouth and white vermouth by Berto.
