I quite like this, but I'm feeling like I want a little more bite and some fizz via ginger beer. Checking my stock, of course I'm out of it though. Very easy sipper. Used Suze, Vida Puebla, and Strega.

What a brilliant, creative cocktail! I love Suze and there's no shortage of it here. There is however a whole lot more going on. From the spicy peppery depths (I used Dolin Génépy) immersed in a pineapple mezcal smokey sea, the bittersweet Suze sour center kept bringing me back to contemplate what the hell did I just taste?

I do switch around the mesurment for the Suze and the Mezcal. The result is closer to my personal taste. A bit more rounded, less bitter and the Chartreuse comes more forward.

I feel I need to comment on this because fabulous but I can’t really improve on the creators own description. Errr, it’s fabulous..! Feels related to the also fabulous Ultima Palabra, IDK the chronology on that.

Oh wow - these two drinks are so different buy at the same time so the same. Both are Mezcal, Lime, Pineapple and Chartreuse - but one yellow the other green. The big change being Suze for Maraschino
Very similar in taste breakdown but with one bright yellow the other a mint green the Eye taste makes a difference.
For me the Ultima takes edges it - marginally sweeter and a faint marmalade flavour.

Used Salers and Del Maguey Vida for this drink. It is excellent….
