Indeed 😂. I ended up investing in a Coravin pivot about six months ago because my consumption rate couldn’t keep up with my desire to try all the different shiny bottles at once!

Fascinating! This might be what I need. Sometimes the Dolin dry seems a bit past it's best.

Actually, yes, I think it does lose its goodness the quickest of them. Lowest sugar level I guess.
