"Brewed cold" does it mean brewed then chilled or brewed in cold water? and how would one do the latter?

"Brewed" was confusing so I have removed. Brew tea in boiling water, remove tea bag/strain after 4-5 mins, and leave to cool.

I made it with fresh lemon juice & sprite in place of lemonade & sugar syrup. Wow! It's very refreshing. It made me crave for some tacos or burritos!
