I like this as a sour with egg white / aquafaba, and swap the simple for speculoos syrup for a ‘biscoff base’ vibe that provides a bit of intrigue against the bright lemon.

Swapped in Galliano as I didn't have Licor 43 – was pleasantly surprised with the result!

Amazing cocktail. Very rich, sweet, Tart and creamy. Hint of vanilla balances it nicely.
Swapped 15ml simple to cinnamon syrup to spice and add a bit of a Sablé taste. Recommended !

Make your own Limoncello and reduce the simple syrup to 1/2 ounce - very yummy!

I added 0.5 oz of rum with a note a Creme Brule in it to this and it fit in very well. Great drink!

Outstanding for after dinner. It is very sweet to me, but that can be the Limoncello we were using. It does taste like a piece of lemon pie. Much better than a piece of pastry.

I didn't have the Licor 43 so instead I added a few drops of vanilla extract turned out wonderful, so far my favorite limoncello drink!

Not as sweet as I’d expected, which was good - a nice contrast between the creamy topping and the tart lemon base. Very pleasant, if a little bland.
