I have been trying to perfect this and i find 1/4-1/2oz of egg whites added to Ross’s recipe is true perfection.

Some inconsistencies here. In the first part of the video lime juice is mentioned while it is lemon juice later. The recipes in the video and on the site differ from each other in respect of the blended Scotch and Islay malt ratio.

Agreed. Video is much in need of re-filming so in the meantime, we’ll remove from the page. Thanks for taking the time to comment and so make me aware.
