Rose water is a dominating ingredient, and I think 7.5ml is a bit much.
Maybe 5ml?
Certainly massively aromatic, and no citrus,so stays pleasingly uncloudy.
I originally made this with Turkish rose water which was much subtler than the Niesen Massey Rose Water I now have to hand. Using this even 2.5ml is more than enough, hence I've amended the recipe accordingly. Thanks for bringing to my attention.
