Trilby No.2
Salmon pink in colour and distinctly different in style. One of those drinks you just have to try

Not bold but has understated flavours. I added an extra dash of Peychaud’s and used a whisky with honey notes (M&S 8 year blended!). Nice.

Not remotely pink (it's pale yellow) but it worked well with the disappointing J WalkerDouble Black - a hint of peat on the nose.
Low sugar, tasty, not too strong. A good summer drink in a whisky glass with ice.

Clean and crisp. Very dependent on your selection of vermouth.

Not surprising given the 3oz, but this mostly just tastes like vermouth. Hard to taste the scotch. Not a fan.
