Try using acidified orange juice. Leaves the cocktail much brighter and better suited as a Summer sip!

I used bottled OJ, and not the result I expected. Will try again with fresh squeezed OJ.

I never would have thought dry vermouth and rum could mix, but here we are. Fantastic results.

Perfect sweetness. Interesting blends of flavours, but they all work together.
