Next time I’ll certainly increase the sugar syrup from 2.5 to 5 or 7.5 – and I’m not sure that I have a sweet palate. And I like the Lady Day celebration!

I've a dry palate but was torn between 2.5 (half a bar spoon) and 5ml.
