Just like Avery said, more port than chocolate. More brown coloured than black as seen above. A nice cocktail.

a new attempt today has a better balance between port and chocolate, very nice.

Very good using 15ml butterscotch liqueur instead of 10ml simple syrup!

I used 1/4 oz triple sec instead of the 1/3 oz simple syrup, to make it more sidecar-like and a bit less sweet. I think it’s great with the hint of orange. I also used ruby port because I didn’t have tawny, which gives it a lovely deep red hue. Overall quite a tasty dessert drink.

Very nice using maple syrup instead of sugar syrup

very good, however, I will try it without sugar and with less lime next time.

Surprisingly a lot less chocolate and a lot more port than you'd think. Even at 10ml of a 1:1 simple it was very sweet - I'd probably halve it if not remove it entirely next time.

Of course I still gave it 4.5 because it's a very delicious cocktail. Just a little sweet.

Very interesting, perfumy. If there was a perfume that smelled like this cocktail nose, I'd wear it! :)

A fave, but I skip the sugar syrup... already quite sweet without

More of a dessert cocktail. Very enjoyable!
