Wow! Best new cocktail I've tried this year.
Festively delicious! I used the Four Pillars spiced negroni gin and it gives it a lovely gingery note. Also I just love nutmeg - 1 additional star guaranteed for containing nutmeg.

This was lovely! Didn't have saline solution, but a few grains of kosher salt seemed to be a good sub. I also added some cardamom bitters. A delicious, balanced drink.

The flavour is great but...too egg. Which is my problem with all the egg white drinks. I'll try it again when my non- egg foamer arrives.
Tried again with wonderfoam, this solves the Egg Problem and just leaves a lovely cocktail!
