I also left out the sugar but kept the same proportion of lime.
This is an excellent drink, the flavour combination reminds me of chocolate lime sweets
Halfway through a glass of the harry Craddock original, wow really tasty writing this now as probably won’t remember a thing later!
I found this one in famous New Orleans drinks and how to mix em, it’s fab!

Subtle liquorice flavour goes really well with the ginger
I left the sugar syrup out a used a little more absinthe really tasty
This one is really nice and refreshing, took the sugar out as originally a little sweet for my taste
Complex and sweet with a lovely hint of mint
Very nice using maple syrup instead of sugar syrup
This is lovely, like a grownup milkshake
