Liked this, but found it just a bit too sweet for us. Added 1/2 oz more gin and the balance was still there, but the sweetness was diminished.

A bit too sweet might be putting it mildly but it's such wonderful combination of flavors! I'll be making this again plus the additional gin.

I replaced Americano Bianco with Lillet as I didn't have a bottle at hand, and the result was great. A very maraschino forward drink, but well balanced, in which cherry and grapefruit shine. So simple that it should have been a 100 years old recipe.

I thought the luxardo would be too much, and it was till I added the grapefruit twist
