Perfect after a large dinner or evening sipper. The wonderful funky flavours of the Jamaican rum and the hint of orange with the single cream creates a creamy dessert cocktail which is wonderful.
While it is great as written, may try using a darker Jamaican rum to get a bit more of the molasses flavour not present in the lighter rums.
