Decent with Myers's Dark. Nice option for a dessert cocktail that's not overly sweet!

Tried this with Cointreau since it showed up with a search including "Recipes with Alternative Ingredients". I knew it was a gamble, but there was too much "bite", so I had to balance it out with more sugar syrup and half&half. Will try again with Orange Curacao...

I was searching a recipe to go with the ube cream liqueur. I substituted the cream with the ube cream liqueur and used smith and cross. Best cocktail with the ube cream liqueur so far

Lovely cocktail - varied the recipe by reducing Grand Marnier by 10ml and replacing with Diffords Falernum and preferred it.

Perfect after a large dinner or evening sipper. The wonderful funky flavours of the Jamaican rum and the hint of orange with the single cream creates a creamy dessert cocktail which is wonderful.
While it is great as written, may try using a darker Jamaican rum to get a bit more of the molasses flavour not present in the lighter rums.
