I make this in the reg. as a tiki (rum) man this is my got espresso martini type drink. I just replaced the cocoa liqueur with banana liqueur… only because I bough a fresh bottle and need to finish the scraps. What a drink! It needs some tweaking but banana and coffee is the bomb!

Not bad; fairly tasty and gave me a fierce case of the zoomies. Without white sugar garnish I found it a bit bitter, and now wonder how a sweet cream float would be.

Also, curious as to why this is the only main “espresso rumtimi” variation up here which uses neither any form of salt, nor Havana Club 3

I substituted coffee liqueur for the espresso as an experiment. Sweeter, richer, and boozier, but a great way to end the night! I didn't have white chocolate for the garnish, so I sprinkled with a little powdered sugar. It worked well.
