Takes one to the fringes of what makes a Daiquiri. I used my reliable Morgenthaler grenadine, in addition to my house/base white rum Bacardi CB... I'm curious where I can go with this...

I find this very balanced. I am just getting a blast of the grenadine at the end. Will make again.

Using store bought grenadine syrup, I would suggest to use grenadine also instead of the sugar syrup and maybe reduce the maraschino a little bit, because the taste is very dominant.

A very citrus forward cocktail that finishes with the grenadine. To me it was not on the sweet side at all, and I can see the bubblegum flavor mentioned before.

Refreshing albeit a little on the sweet side. Very drinkable at parties with a look and hint of bubblegum somehow !
