Was this recipe changed in the past few years? I think it previously mentioned using powdered sugar for a different mouthfeel. Or was that a different daiquiri recipe?

An excellent Daquiri...one of our favourites. Although we do reduce the sugar syrup to 10ml and add a few drops of Bob's Daquiri Bitters just to round things out nicely.

Reducing the sugar is good, but we also like a touch more maraschino.

Switching the grapefruit juice and sugar syrup ratios really hit my sweet spot. Which, as sweet spots go, fairly sour.

Not as good as regular Daiquiri in my opinion, but a solid variation of a Daiquiri nonetheless, with the 5mL of Maraschino Liqueur really shining through this drink without the Maraschino Liqueur being overpowering, although next time I will take the comments suggestions and cut back on the sugar syrup for a more sour based drink next time

Really good cocktail. I split the base into 1.5 Oz Plantation 3 Stars and 0.5 Belle Isle Honey Habanero Moonshine for a bit of a spicy kick. The perfect balance of sweet and sour for my palate, with just enough grapefruit tang coming through in the back of the palate. Hard to stop at one!
