Conveniently enough, this was the cocktail of the day (12/28/25) when I was craving a martini, so I decided to try this blend. On the sweet side, it was just what the doctor ordered today. Not my typical martini, which is far drier, this is one I'll come back to on occasion.

Had this again after 3 years. Had forgotten what a wonderful martini it is. If you want a well balanced martini which is not dry, this should be one of your choices. Delightful with lots of herbal flavours and a slight sweetness.

This is a great martini. It is not a dry as many of the martinis, but has a great flavour. Great for an aperitif.

I got your book for my boyfriend this Christmas, we are skipping ahead a year for 28 décembre, I hope that is allowed ;D Instead of waiting like good tipplers and waiting to start the book from 1 January. Used literally a drop of oleo saccharum and it's fantastic!
