Pineapple & Cardamom 'Martini'
Pineapple and cardamon are a spectacular pairing of fruit and spice in this vodka laced 'Martini'

Changed the vodka to gin, as I had some Mor Gin, Pineapple edition. Works really well as it amps up the pineapple flavour, and the cardamon balances well with the gin botanicals.

Was underwhelmed by this one. Just felt like a whisper of pineapple and no real cardamom. I wonder if there was any mistake I didn't catch.
