2 fl oz Ketel One Vodka
1 1/2 fl oz Pineapple juice
1/4 fl oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water) 65.0°Brix

Serve in a Martini glass

Method:

MUDDLE cardamom in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into a chilled glass.

Changed the vodka to gin, as I had some Mor Gin, Pineapple edition. Works really well as it amps up the pineapple flavour, and the cardamon balances well with the gin botanicals.

Was underwhelmed by this one. Just felt like a whisper of pineapple and no real cardamom. I wonder if there was any mistake I didn't catch.
