Born and raised in Taiwan, Barnett Yeuh is a senior bartender at VG The Seafood Bar in Taipei.

Barnett highlights a concern around the abundance of fruit and overproduced bananas in Taiwan. So much so, farmers have had to cut prices due to the bananas ripening prematurely.

Inspired to raise awareness around the issue, Barnett chose to use bananas in his Better Drinking recipe.

The Adventure of a Lifetime is Barnett's Taiwanese Banana Espresso Martini. Barnett uses Ketel One Vodka, blended bananas and a Guinness reduction syrup. Barnett intended to create a recipe which can be easily replicated across the Taiwanese bartending community while also promoting the use of bananas.
