"Sustainable living is for brave people, with the implementation of cocktail workshops in this great community in Cabarete, Dominican Republic and using a great product from their garden, we will generate income that will go towards food aid and growth of the same garden using this hibiscus flower of cramberry together with cinnamon and sweet cloves and in a combination of honey syrup, lemon juice and our wonderful Ketel One vodka decorated with the best, a rice paper with the name of our project Harvest of Hopes."

Cosecha de Esperanza

Glass: Highball
Garnish: Rice paper ticket. Rice paper with edible ink.
Method: Shake
Ice: Highball

Ingredients:
60 ml Ketel One Family-Made Vodka
15 ml Infusion de Hibiscus de Cramberry
5 ml Cinnamon
5 ml Sweet clove
15 ml Honey syrup
15 ml Lemon juice
30 ml Soda

1500 ml Water
15gr Hibiscus and cranberry
5g Cinnamon
5gr Sweet clove
At 140 Degrees C for 5 minutes, then cover the container and let it rest for 15 minutes, filter and bottle.

Honey Syrup: 500ml of honey per 250ml of water. Combine the ingredients, bottle and that's it.

In a cocktail shaker, serve 60ml of Ketel One vodka, 30ml of cranberry hibiscus infusion with spices, 15ml of honey syrup, 15ml of lemon juice, add ice to the shaker, seal and shake for 8 seconds. Serve in a highball glass with plenty of ice, double strain and add 30ml of bitter soda.

We decorate with the good, our rice paper and Cheers!
