1 oz Italicus infused with Butterfly Pea Flower Extract
1 oz Malfy Rose Gin
½ oz Housemade Rosemary Simple Syrup
2 oz Prosecco
Combine Italicus, Gin and Rosemary Simple Syrup, shake and strain over fresh ice. Top with prosecco. Garnish with rosemary sprig and lemon wheel.
Janell was inspired by North completely. From the light airy feel of the restaurant to the food and the beverages, transports her to a patio in Italy without the passport. The purple color that the butterfly pea flower extract turns heads and any mention of a spritz makes people smile! She dedicated the drink to her daughter because she helped Mom pick the rosemary from their yard. Wild Rosemary grows everywhere throughout the Las Vegas valley.
