This is really quite good, and my go to for a lower ABV cocktail.

This is another of my all time favorites. I quite enjoy it with 1/2 oz of the cachaça being barrel aged. I also tried a variation with tequila which was not good.
Very nice with probitas rum. I think it would be best with a pineapple gomme syrup, which would enhance the mouthfeel obtained from the pineapple.
Good, but a little too sweet for my taste. I added a dash of ango and l liked it much better.
I like this one with Monkey 47 gin and a spritz of absinthe in the glass. It reminds me of a lighter version of Manhattan riffs.
This is my favorite of the New Orleans cocktails. Personally, I like it with a twist of orange zest. It adds some high notes to the cocktail that really pop and compliment.
One of my favorite cocktails of all time. I do prefer the syrup dialed back a bit or it can get too sweet.
