Didn’t vibe with this recipe prefer specs as per Leandro from the Educated Barfly -

3 Cucumber slices (muddled)
45 mls Cucumber forward Gin
15 mls Elderflower Liqueur
30 mls Lemon Juice
15 mls Simple Syrup
Top with soda water
Garnish with a slice of Cucumber

Hi Simon,
I don’t have a 7 oz scoop.
Would adding 7ozs of ice by weight be the same - I am thinking it would be too much ice and over dilute

Yes - A coconut daiquiri - very nice

Like a Negroni and variants - thought I would like this.
Didn’t enjoy this ratio.
Gave It another go with different ratios slightly different ingredients.
45 mls Roku Gin
30 mls Blanc Vermouth
20 mls Suze
Lemon Twist.
Found this a more appealing / enjoyable cocktail.
