Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
6 slice Cucumber (fresh)
1 12 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
12 oz Elderflower liqueur
34 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
13 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
2 oz Thomas Henry Soda Water chilled
× 1 1 serving

Garnish: Skewered cucumber ribbon roll (made by twirling a long cucumber ribbon around tweezers)

How to make:

MUDDLE cucumber in base of shaker. Add next 4 ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with soda.

History:

Adapted from a cocktail created in 2008 by bartender Rene Dominguez at the Ella Dining Room in Sacramento, USA. This cocktail became popular at Shady Lady Saloon, also in Sacramento. (Originally made with a cucumber-forward gin such as Hendrick's.)

Didn’t vibe with this recipe prefer specs as per Leandro from the Educated Barfly -

3 Cucumber slices (muddled)
45 mls Cucumber forward Gin
15 mls Elderflower Liqueur
30 mls Lemon Juice
15 mls Simple Syrup
Top with soda water
Garnish with a slice of Cucumber
