Didn’t vibe with this recipe prefer specs as per Leandro from the Educated Barfly -
3 Cucumber slices (muddled)
45 mls Cucumber forward Gin
15 mls Elderflower Liqueur
30 mls Lemon Juice
15 mls Simple Syrup
Top with soda water
Garnish with a slice of Cucumber
