I increased the amount of lemon juice to 20 ml, and I liked it much better that way. For the rum, I used 15 ml of Jamaican rum and 30 ml of regular dark rum.
I made this cocktail with Bianco bitters and it turned out well.
Replaced Braulio amaro liqueur with Grentile mazzetti - very tasty, 5+.
It doesn't look like a negroni at all, but it's very tasty. Cool.
So far this is the only cocktail where watermelon liqueur works well.
The pear flavor is greatly lost, even though I used pear brandy instead of calvados. The Pimento Dram flavor is very prominent.
