Wow, this is very boozy but I’m not mad about it. The interplay of the vermouth/amari is quite lovely, with a big hit from the two shots of gin. I would definitely make again, I like how the mouthfeel isn’t anywhere near as syrupy as a traditional negroni (which I love).

I agree with the other comments — too sweet. I don’t hate it but I won’t be rushing to make it again.

Very light and refreshing — probably too easy to drink!
