Ingredients:
1 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
13 oz Grand Marnier or other cognac orange liqueur
13 oz Strucchi Dry Vermouth
13 oz Punt E Mes vermouth amaro
13 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
56 oz Orange juice (freshly squeezed)
14 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
1 dash Orange Bitters by Angostura

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

His recipe calls for Tanqueray London Dry Gin and Noilly Prat as the dry vermouth. Kevin's recipe is also mixed with a Regal Shake.

This is the third version of this drink I've tried from this site and it's by far my favorite.

Agreed. This is definitely my favourite of the recipes I’ve tried. Excellent combination of freshness and fruity with enough bite to keep it interesting.
