Lovely cocktail. I’m not an Aperol fan as too sweet but this is just right for it. Not too alcoholic either!

My first tasting of Kümmel. Initially not sure if I liked this or not but one of those that gets better as you get used to it. I found it mellowed as it warmed up making it more easy drinking
I was expecting this to be wetter than it turned out to be. Agree with others that it benefits from a rest before drinking becoming very, if not too, drinkable.
I can also recommend it’s medicinal properties following a skip-related injury
Another great negroni. No orange slice available so made with orange gin.
No olives first time and was unimpressed, as others have said a bit on the sweet side. Then gave it a second chance with the olives which made such a difference for me by cutting the sweetness
Great cocktail! Also tried it with Limoncello in place of the Cointreau, it turned out to be an interesting twist on this drink.
I’ll second that!
I didn’t have lime juice the first time around, but second time with lime juice certainly elevates this. Tastes less alcoholic than it is. Delicious.
Accidentally used bianco vermouth rather than Cointreau, having Arsenic and Old Lace in mind.
Still delish!
