Review:

Originally equal parts dry gin and dry vermouth with a splash more absinthe, this super refreshing cocktail is better with the absinthe being forced to shout from backstage and a little extra sweetness provided by splitting the vermouths between equal parts dry and bianco. I've tried using old tom gin and also lemon in place of lime juice but I prefer dry gin and lime juice with lemon reserved for the fragrant garnish.

I didn’t have lime juice the first time around, but second time with lime juice certainly elevates this. Tastes less alcoholic than it is. Delicious.

Great pre-dinner aperitif. I didn’t have absinthe which I think it must need. Not overly dry but not sweet either. I like it.
