Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
50 ml Hayman's Old Tom Gin
4 drop Balsamic vinegar of Modena
25 ml Giffard Crème de Pêche de Vigne liqueur
5 leaf Sage leaves
Top up with Brut champagne/sparkling wine
3 fresh Raspberries
