Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
30 ml Rémy Martin V.S.O.P. cognac
20 ml Heering Cherry Liqueur
7.5 ml Luxardo Maraschino liqueur
7.5 ml Cointreau triple sec liqueur
15 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
0.6 ml Angostura Aromatic Bitters
0.2 ml Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)
7.5 ml Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
