| 2 barspoon | Pomegranate seeds |
| 1 1⁄2 oz | Caorunn Gin |
| 2⁄3 oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1 oz | Heather honey |
Garnish: Pickled apple slice & pomegranate seeds
How to make:
MUDDLE pickled apple and pomegranate seeds in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass. Special ingredient #1: Pickled red apple
