Ingredients:
2 oz Ketel One Vodka from freezer
12 oz Strucchi Bianco Vermouth chilled
6 drop Bob's Ginseng Bitters optional
34 oz Cava sparkling wine chilled
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of skewered green grape.

How to make:

  1. STIR first 3 ingredients with ice.
  2. STRAIN into chilled glass.
  3. TOP with sparkling wine.

Review:

Known as The 12 Grapes (Las Doce Uvas), Spanish tradition dictates that you should eat one grape for each of the 12 clock chimes at midnight. After the grapes, everyone clinks glass of cava, Spain's equivalent to champagne and sometimes people drop a gold ring in the glasses for extra luck. This Martini was inspired by these traditions.
