Review

Known as The 12 Grapes (Las Doce Uvas), Spanish tradition dictates that you should eat one grape for each of the 12 clock chimes at midnight. After the grapes, everyone clinks glasses of cava, Spain's equivalent of champagne, and sometimes people drop a gold ring into the glass for extra luck. This Martini was inspired by these traditions.
