1 12 oz Light gold rum (1-3 year old molasses column)
112 oz Pastis
23 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
12 oz Lustau Jarana Fino Sherry
13 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)

How to make:

MUDDLE cloves with rum in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
