Monin Gomme syrup is made with Arabic gum and flavoured with orange blossom. It is used as an alternative to pure sugar syrup to sweeten cocktails. Arabic gum, also known as Acacia gum, is an edible gum which comes from the sap of the African Acacia Senegal and Acacia Seyal trees.

Translucent.
Little scent emitted other than subtle rubber note – think elastic band or pencil rubber rather than car tire.
Clean syrupy mouthfeel. Pure white sugar with no other discernible flavour.
Continuation of palate.
