| 2⁄3 oz | Black raspberry liqueur (e.g. Chambord) |
| 1 oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1⁄6 oz | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
| 1 1⁄2 oz | Thomas Henry Soda Water chilled |
How to make:
- Select and pre-chill a Collins glass.
- Prepare lemon slice wheel garnish.
- SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice.
- STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
- TOP with soda.
- Garnish with lemon slice wheel.
