How to make:

SHAKE first 6 ingredients with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with tonic water, stir and serve with straws.

3/4 fl oz Monasterium liqueur
3/4 fl oz Italian red bitter liqueur
3/4 fl oz Mandarine Napoleon liqueur
1 1/2 fl oz Grapefruit juice (pink)
1/2 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1/4 fl oz Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup)
Top up with Thomas Henry Tonic Water
