30 ml | Caribbean blended rum aged 6-10 years |
15 ml | Bénédictine D.O.M. |
7.5 ml | St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram liqueur |
1 dash | Orange Bitters by Angostura |
1 grind | Freshly grated nutmeg |
15 ml | Pineapple juice |
15 ml | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
7.5 ml | Demerara/Muscovado/brown sugar syrup (1 sugar : 1 water) |
