1 fresh Kiwi fruit
shot Ketel One Vodka BUY
¼ shot Freshly squeezed lemon juice
¼ shot Sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water)
Top up with Prosecco sparkling wine (or Champagne)

How to make:

Cut kiwi in half, scoop out flesh into base of shaker and MUDDLE. Add next three ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. TOP with prosecco.

Kiwi slice

Comment:

Lemon fresh kiwi, fortified with vodka and charged with prosecco.

Adapted from a drink discovered at Zuma, London, England, in 2004.
