2 oz | Caribbean blended rum aged 6-10 years |
3 dash | Angostura Aromatic Bitters |

Garnish: Mint sprig
MUDDLE mint in glass with sugar and lime juice. Fill glass with crushed ice, add rum, Angostura and champagne, then stir.
