Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
30 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
30 ml Calvados / apple brandy / straight applejack
15 ml Pecan liqueur
20 ml Maple syrup
60 ml Bourbon whiskey
22.5 ml Egg white (pasteurised) or Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
