Serve in an Old-fashioned glass

Ingredients:
1 fresh Plum (stoned & peeled)
2 oz Ketel One Vodka
1 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
12 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
12 oz Egg white (pasteurised) or Aquafaba (chickpea water) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer

Garnish: Orange zest twist

How to make:

MUDDLE plum in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass.

Fabulous cocktail .. a caramelised halved plum makes an eye catching garnish as an alternative to the orange zest twist.
