How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain into glass filled with crushed ice.

1 1/2 fl oz Angostura Aromatic Bitters
1/2 fl oz Jamaican-style overproof aged pot still rum
2 fl oz Pineapple juice (freshly extracted/pressed/squeezed)
1 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1 1/2 fl oz Cream of coconut (e.g. Coco Lopez, Re'al etc.)

History:

Adapted from a recipe created in 2014 by bartender Zac Overman at the Sunken Harbor Club in Brooklyn, New York City, USA. Originally called a Angostura Colada.
