Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
7 fresh Green grapes (seedless)
2 oz Bison grass vodka
34 oz Canadian icewine
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
  2. Prepare white/green grapes for garnish.
  3. MUDDLE grapes in base of shaker.
  4. Add other ingredients.
  5. SHAKE with ice.
  6. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  7. Garnish with grapes.

Review:

A 'sod' is a piece of turf. Here 'sodden' refers to the Bison grass, the flavour of which combines well with the grapes and icewine.

It is a rich cocktail. I find the green grapes enchance the flavour of the ice wine, and the bison grass vodka comes though also with an earthy tone
Ron gets like a coffee/kahula taste
