Serve in a Hurricane glass

Ingredients:
1 12 oz Ketel One Vodka
1 oz Giffard Banane du Brésil liqueur
1 oz White crème de cacao liqueur
1 12 oz Single cream/half-and-half
1 12 oz Milk (whole milk/full 3-4% fat)
12 fresh Banana (preferably overripe)
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a HURRICANE GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of banana chunk (cut garnish from centre of banana and place the rest in the blender to make the cocktail).

How to make:

  1. DRY BLEND (without ice) first 5 ingredients (all but Xanthan gum) on a slow setting and then gradually add Xanthan while continuing to blend.
  2. Add 7oz scoop of crushed ice and BLEND some more.
  3. POUR into chilled glass.

Garnish:

  1. Garnish with banana chunk on rim.
  2. Serve with a straw.

I noticed the calories were missing...this was no bad thing! I'm going to pretend there are 0 calories and have seconds🍌😋

Our system can only calculate calories on specific liquid volumes, so the half fresh banana is this recipe means you can enjoy the cocktail without a calorie count.
