Screaming Banana Banshee

Glass:

Serve in a Hurricane glass

Ingredients:

1 1⁄2 fl oz	Ketel One Vodka
1 fl oz	Giffard Banane du Brésil liqueur
1 fl oz	Giffard White Crème de Cacao Liqueur
1 1⁄2 fl oz	Whipping cream
1 1⁄2 fl oz	Milk (whole milk/full 3-4% fat)
1⁄2 fresh	Banana (preferably overripe)

Prepare:

1. Select and pre-chill a HURRICANE GLASS.
2. Prepare garnish of banana chunk (cut garnish from centre of banana and place the rest in the blender to make the cocktail).

How to make:

3. DRY BLEND (without ice) first 5 ingredients (all but Xanthan gum) on a slow setting and then gradually add Xanthan while continuing to blend.
4. Add 7oz scoop of crushed ice and BLEND some more.
5. POUR into chilled glass.

Garnish:

6. Garnish with banana chunk on rim.
7. Serve with a straw.
