Serve in a Fizz or Highball (8oz to 10oz)
| 60 ml | Hayman's Old Tom Gin |
| 22.5 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1 fresh | Egg white |
| 10 ml | Extra virgin olive oil |
| 1.25 ml | Vanilla extract/essence |
| 15 ml | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix) |
| 15 ml | Earl Grey tea (cold) |
